About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of our clients! As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction on both the client’s Amazon Seller Central account and the client’s website. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client’s website.

  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.

  • Assist customers with navigating the client’s website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.

  • Update customer records and communicate feedback or trends to the appropriate departments within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience is required.

  • Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.

  • A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

  • Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.

  • Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $400 to $1000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Remote work environment.

  • Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM UK time.
