About the Role
We are building a service designed to support Amazon sellers and agencies, and we’re looking for a reliable and versatile General Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines client outreach, basic marketing support, and daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has 1–3 years of VA experience, especially in roles involving online research, outreach, and content support.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients (Amazon sellers and agencies)
Conduct outreach via email and other communication platforms
Track and follow up on outreach efforts
Write and publish simple blog posts related to Amazon selling or agency services
Manage and update the website, ensuring accuracy of information and timely posting of new materials (no coding required)
Manage and grow the agency’s Facebook page (posting updates, engaging with followers, and monitoring activity)
Operate and activate AI tools based on internal workflows
Assist in testing tools, documenting processes, and managing day-to-day tasks
Support various general administrative and operational needs
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role
Strong written English and communication skills
Comfortable with research, outreach, and working with online tools
Familiarity with Amazon, e-commerce, or SaaS tools is a plus
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Equipped with a reliable PC/laptop (minimum specifications: i5 processor, 8GB RAM)
Compensation & Benefits
1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role
